Lil Wayne's recent medical emergency had everyone worried, but it wasn't exactly new territory for the rapper. ?During an interview with Power 106's DJ Felli Fel, Tunechi--who mentioned that he is "100 percent now"--revealed that he's epileptic and is "prone to seizures."?
He tells the radio station, "This wasn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh...I have had a bunch of seizures, you just never hear about them."
Weezy announces summer return of America's Most Wanted tour
But that doesn't take away from the seriousness of his latest health scare, when the celeb suffered three seizures in a row. "My heart rate went down to 30 percent," he said. "I have people around me who know how to handle it. This time was real bad because I had three back to back and the third one was so bad". So what happened? While some have suggested that sippin' on some sizzurp caused the rapper's recent medical condition, the YMCMB artist explained it was "plain stress and no rest. That's just typical me."
Lil Wayne says he's "more than good" after hospitalization
We believe him. Only 10 days after being hospitalized, Wayne announced he's hitting the road this summer for an encore of his America's Most Wanted Music Festival, which will play 40 dates in amphitheaters and arenas across America starting in July.
Check out pics of other notable musicians performing live on stage ?
Hey, he said it himself: "I will never stop, like I'm runnin' from the cops."
Get it, Weezy.

I know I?d originally agreed to do this for six months, but after careful consideration (and a few heart-to-heart chats with my damn self), I?ve come to the realization that I might not have given it my all the first go-round, therefore I?m going to stick with it for the foreseeable future. Plus I?m really starting to have fun! Well, sort of? Here?s what?s going on:
?
1) Dutch is the devil.
?
Last month I had a great first date with a pretty cool guy. That is, until the bill came.
?
Allow me to set the scene: Two hours filled with chatting and chewing, sipping and laughing over a lovely (and affordable!) candlelit dinner. When the check dropped he promptly said, ?I?ll just take care of this, yeah?? I flashed my megawatt smile and said, ?Sure, thank you,? while fiddling with my compact.?
10 seconds later, he said it again. ?So should I just take care of this now?? (I smiled and nodded yes without looking up.)
?
Then he said it again. ?Soooo? Should I just take care of this by myself??
?
That?s when I finally got the hint. (Took long enough! We could have sidestepped all of this had he have just been upfront about wanting me to pay half.)?
?
This is the first time this has ever happened to me; the moment was so very awkward.com. And it was right in front of the waitress! Mortified, I quickly handed her my AMEX so that she could split the cheap ass $50 bill down the middle.?
?
(Fifty fucking bucks. Guess he?s not doing too well in that cushy I.T. gig he kept going on and on about.)
?
On the way out of the restaurant, he asked when he could see me again. I mumbled something about not being sure and letting him know at a later date, which he had to know was a bold-faced lie. My energy toward him had totally changed; he gave me no prior indication that he was the kind of guy that prefers to go Dutch on dates! Had I have known, I would have suggested something quicker and cheaper, like coffee.
?
I?m lying like shit -- I wouldn?t have gone out with him at all.
?
Much like Brittny Pierre, I don't subscribe to the idea that "girls should pay their own way" either. Fuck that. He asked me out for dinner. He asked for two hours of my time. Why should I have to pay for the pleasure of getting to know him? Shouldn't it be the other way around??
Thing is, I love settling down at night with a glass of white and a $6 tuna salad bowl (with olives!) from Subway. I don?t need to pay to spend time with a stranger. Besides, isn?t ponying up all part of the dating game (for men, at least)? And if I comply with paying my own way, what kind of tone does that set for the relationship? Will he always expect me to buy one movie ticket? Order separately at McDonalds? Buy half of the ingredients whenever we cook? Pay for exactly half of my engagement ring? Nah.
?
It just seems so petty. And don?t get me wrong, I?m happy to show my appreciation and respect by paying every now and then (like one round out of every five or six), but I?ll never date a man who wants me to pay for 50% of everything. There?s too many out there who are more than happy to pay 100%.
?
P.S.?"Dutch daddy" still reaches out asking when we?ll have date #2. I refuse to respond, but persevere on, my brother. I commend his dedication to dating IJJ!
?
2) What?s App is El Diablo, too.
?
I use a pay-as-you-go burner phone to communicate with my online dates, and since it costs me to send text messages, 90% of the time I rely on What?s App to converse with them simply because 1) It?s free (and if it ain?t free, it ain?t for me!) and 2) I hate talking on the phone.??
Side note: If you text me and I don't respond, that?s not an open invitation to pick up the phone and call. I?m not going to answer. In fact, I?ll probably feel smothered and cut you all the way off, especially if you call again. And again. And again??
?
But I digress.
?
If you aren?t familiar, What?s App displays your recent engagement status (whether you?re currently online or when you were last online) to everyone. My issue with that is this: Several IJJ fans use that damn digital timestamp to their advantage. These kinds of messages seriously creep me out: ?Why are you ignoring me?!? or ?Whoa! 6 a.m.? You were up early this morning!??
?
The fuck? (And actually I was out late, thankyouverymuch.)
?
The only way he?d know my status was if he was A) Peeking in my window (Perv!) or B) Purposely looking to see when I was last online.
?
I just find it so odd. I?d never open up someone?s chat box for the sole purpose of checking to see when he or she last sent a message. And I?ll give him the benefit of the doubt -- maybe he went with that because he didn?t really have anything substantial to say in the first place, but it?s still weird, right?
?
During the early stages of dating, I think it?s incredibly important to put your best foot forward and keep your stalker-like tendencies off of Front Street. Especially when communicating with people you meet online; your virtual persona is your strongest selling point. If you?re crazy, you can totally hide that shit and play it cooler than a motherfucker! Two words: Take advantage!?
3) I?ve encountered my very first Mr. Blah.?
?
I went out with another guy whom I had a perfectly nice time with and he?s perfectly pleasant and seems perfectly normal; I just can?t get it up for him. Trust me -- I?ve tried.
?
He?s pretty much the nice guy every girl says they want to date, until he?s standing right in her face. This particular guy just doesn?t have that "it" factor; that thing that attracts me to him. I don?t feel the urge to talk to him or even go out of my way to even see him again. In fact, I kinda sorta wanna set him up with my Mommy? (Too bad she lives in another country!)
?
But seriously -- am I getting in my own way? I say I want a boyfriend, and he certainly seems to be "good boyfriend" material? Plus, this is a genuinely nice guy who reaches out to me every single day to see how I?m doing and when we can go out again. I keep putting him off because there was no spark so to speak, yet he keeps trying. (There?s that perseverance again!)
?
I guess what I?m asking you all is this: Even though I?m 99.9% sure I?m just not that into him, should I give it one last go? By refusing a 2nd date, am I potentially missing out on my first husband? (Even as a child, I?ve always wanted three. Feel free to shade me all the way the fuck down in the comments.)

Following Apple's new 'Why you'll love iPhone' campaign, they have now done the same for the iPad. The new page on Apple's site highlights both the iPad and iPad mini and why existing users already love it.
Apple's main focus seems to be on the features that set the iPad and iPad mini apart with a strong emphasis on the availability of apps, battery life, and LTE. Interestingly, out of all the features that Apple has decided to tout, the first feature they decided to list were some statistics for how many users are currently using iPads and how many school systems and government agencies have or plan to deploy iPads.
Unlike their iPhone campaign, Apple didn't decide to compare it to other tablets on the market but instead highlight the features that they think highlight why people already love iPad. Hit the link below to see all the features Apple chose in their entirety.

WASHINGTON (AP) ? A Texas congressman was "rude and irate" after receiving a parking ticket near the Lincoln Memorial earlier this month, according to a police report.
Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, told U.S. Park Police he was on a committee that oversees the agency and would not pay a fine, according to the report, which was obtained by Politico. Gohmert was given a citation after 11 p.m. on March 13 for parking his vehicle in a spot reserved for National Park Service vehicles.
The outspoken conservative lawmaker referred officers to a congressional plate in his car window, according to the police report, and left without the ticket.
Kimberly Willingham, a spokeswoman for Gohmert, said the congressman parked in a one of several empty spots and believed he was allowed to do so. She said a park service officer apologized to Gohmert when he identified himself.
"A park service vehicle pulled up as he was putting a note with the ticket on a vacant park service vehicle, so he showed his official card, explained that his congressional plate was showing and he was authorized to park there," she said. "The park service officer said he had not noticed the ... congressional plate in the front window and would not know what it meant had he seen it. The officer accepted the ticket back and apologized."
The police report contains no mention of an apology, according to Politico.
Willingham said Gohmert's office would study the incident and, if he was not allowed to park in the spot, "will most certainly pay the $25 parking ticket."
On Thursday, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, an outside watchdog group, said it filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics against Gohmert "for conduct that reflects discreditably upon the House."

A lot of big companies today have their own internet facilities to host their own web servers. They also have their own team of professionals that are expert in IT to be able to handle and manipulate the site while small to medium scale companies don?t have. They need colocation Sydney Australia for their business if they want to function similar to large scale companies without spending huge amount of cash. In terms of hosting, you can choose from simple to dedicated servers. In this article, you will learn more why there is a need for colocation Sydney Australia over other hosting choices.
?
Everything about colocation Sydney Australia
?
Colocation Sydney Australia is less expensive than a standard web hosting service; it also allows you to put your equipment in another place and still be able to share bandwidth like your own. If you have the machine and you want it to be installed to another location that is possible. The company will help by providing you with an IP and bandwidth to be able to power up your server. As soon as its running, you can now use it like you would normally in a website that is hosted by a provider. It?s just that you are the owner of the hardware.
?
The paybacks of colocation Sydney Australia
?
? One of the biggest payback of using colocation Sydney Australia is the bandwidth and its cost. Do you know that you can use bigger bandwidth without extra cost? Low cost bandwidth with limited amount such as what DSL offers cost just the same as a colocation facility but they usually provide huge bandwidth speeds and better network too.

?
? You own the software too so you don?t have to depend on the provider in terms of software installation or tools that you would like to use for your system. You can just buy and install them at once.
?
? Moving won?t be a big problem because you can leave the server even if it?s running the whole time.

The economy is like a pendulum, and when it starts to swing back toward prosperity?as it appears it has started to do?your organization might miss some of those talented employees you had to let go during the recession.
Why not hire them back? You can source, hire and train new employees, but there?s something lost?something more than productivity?when you let a long-time staff member go. It?s the experience, insight and industry knowledge that walked out with every pink slip you issued.
Adding to your troubles, talented people who survived the layoffs and stuck by your side through rough times may now be recruiting targets for other companies that are in the same boat as you.
So you need to add talent. Solution: Hire some former employees.
First thing to do: Create an employee rehire policy. Keep it simple. Start by determining why an employee left the organization. Ask if the person?s former manager would consider rehiring him or her. Tip: Build this question into the exit process for every employee so it will be easy to find qualified rehire candidates in the future.
Rehires, often referred to as a boomerang employees, may come back to your organization in the same or a different role. The great benefit to the organization: They already understand its culture, know what is expected and are familiar with the work environment.
Don?t limit your consideration of rehires to employees let go in a layoff.?Other candidates are those who left for what seemed like greener pastures or people who retired and then realized they weren?t quite ready for that.
Inviting them back could immediately boost your company?s productivity and talent. I call this the Coach Snyder Effect.
Bill Snyder became head football coach of the Kansas State Wildcats in 1989. What Snyder did for the Wildcats is nothing short of legendary, and his list of awards and accomplishments through the years are amazing. But in 2005, Snyder retired and Kansas State tried to move on.
It didn?t. In fact,?the team took a nosedive. Soon, calls for Snyder to return from retirement started churning. And in 2009, the popular coach returned to the sidelines?a rare return in college football. Kansas State football has made a quick return to glory. Not a shabby performance for any coach, let alone for one who had already retired.
Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz has a similar story. He returned to lead the coffee chain in early 2008 when it was struggling. Upon his return, he made tough management calls that resulted in store closures, layoffs and menu changes. This boomerang made an impact, as Starbucks sales have continued to soar since his return.
Another successful boomerang is Jay Leno, who retired as host of ?The Tonight Show? in 2009, making room for replacement Conan O?Brien. But ratings suffered, and Leno reclaimed his old position to positive reviews a year later.
Should you bring back your organization?s lost employees? Before you start sifting through past-employee files:

March 28 (Reuters) - Rory McIlroy, playing for the first time since losing his world number one ranking earlier this week, got off to a shaky start at the Houston Open on Thursday where he dropped three shots over his opening eight holes. The 23-year-old Northern Irishman, who was replaced atop the world rankings by Tiger Woods this week, struggled to find his rhythm on an ideal day for low scoring at the Redstone Golf Club in Humble, Texas. He bogeyed the par-four second hole and made a double-bogey seven on the eighth hole to limp to the turn at three-over. ...

I always tell my students, "It's your yoga; do what you want." I fully believe that...unless it is at the expense of the rest of the class. To me, ?yoga etiquette? (if there is such a thing) always comes down to thinking of the greater good: As long as you can ask yourself, ?Is what I am doing altering anyone else?s yoga practice in a negative way?" and adjust accordingly, then you are practicing proper yoga etiquette (not that there are any hard-and-fast rules!).
Ultimately, being a harmonious yoga practitioner boils down to respecting three basic things: the air others breathe, people's personal space, and the overall serenity of the class for everyone.
1. Be mindful of the air others' breathe. To some people, perfume or cologne in a small yoga space can be equally as offensive as body odor or flatulence, so try not to douse yourself in scents when you know will be sweating in close proximity to others (and maybe rethink that bean burrito before class). Also keep in mind that if you roll up a wet mat with a towel or stuff your wet yoga clothes into a bag, they will all probably end up with a strong, moldy odor, especially if you leave them rolled up until your next practice. (Click here for some super-easy mat cleaning tips).
2. Respect others' space. Try to keep your mat evenly spaced from your fellow classmates?no one likes to feel like a sardine when it isn?t necessary! If you can, stagger your mat as well so that when you open your arms out to the side, you don?t hit a fellow yogi in the face. Also keep your props and anything you might have close to your own mat and, if possible, leave what you don't need for your practice in the cubbies.
RELATED: It can be hard to sort through all the yoga and gym gear out there. Discover the fitness gear trainers can't live without.
3. Consider the overall atmosphere of the class. The shrill ring of cell phones, running commentary with your friends, and intense grunting can be distracting to your fellow classmates, so try to keep any excess noise to a minimum. While a loud exhale, excited squeal, or occasional giggle is completely normal (it happens to all of us), if you find yourself grunting through an entire class, perhaps have a look at how you are practicing, and see how it feels to approach your practice with the intent to move and breathe with ease. Forcing and pushing aren?t part of yoga?allowing is. (For more help, check out tips for moving and breathing with ease).
Additionally, if you are late for a class or need to leave early, try to be thoughtful and gracious about how you handle it. For example, if you are late for class and someone needs to move their mat to accommodate you, wait for a good time for them, not you. And do your best not to leave during savasana! This is the final relaxation period where everyone gets to soak in all of the incredible benefits from their yoga practice. If you do need to leave class early, inform your instructor when you plan on leaving so he or she can signal you before savasana. This way you can slip out quietly, and you can relax knowing you don't have to constantly check your phone and worry about the time during the class.

The Tulsa Health Department is warning 7,000 patients of a local dentist's office that they could have contracted HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C from poor sterilization practices.
Dr. Wayne Harrington, an oral surgeon with a practice in Tulsa, Okla., is being investigated by the state dental board, the state bureau of narcotics and the federal Drug Enforcement Agency because one of his patients recently tested positive for hepatitis C and HIV without known risk factors other than receiving dental treatment.
Upon hearing of the infected patient, the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry conducted a surprise inspection of Harrington's practice on March 18, allegedly finding numerous problems, including regular use of a rusty set of instruments on patients with known infections, and the practice of pouring bleach on wounds until they "turned white."
Calls to Harrington's office were directed to an operator, who told ABC News the clinic no longer took voicemails. The operator said patients were being referred to another clinic, but did not disclose the clinic's name.
Susan Rogers, executive director of Oklahoma's Board of Dentistry, called the incident a "perfect storm." On top of his many violations in sanitary practice, the dentist was a Medicaid provider, which means he had a high proportion of patients with HIV or hepatitis, she said.
Harrington and his staff told investigators that he treated a "high population of known infectious disease carrier patients," according to a complaint filed by the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry.
Chilling Details Emerge on Newtown School Shooter Adam Lanza Watch Video Secrets of the Teenage Mind: What Parents Should Know Watch VideoHe allegedly allowed unlicensed dental assistants to administer medication, according to the complaint. These assistants were left to decide which medications to administer, and how much was appropriate.
Drug cabinets were unlocked and unsupervised during the day, and Harrington did not keep an inventory log of drugs, some of which were controlled substances. One drug vial expired in 1993.
"During the inspections, Dr. Harrington referred to his staff regarding all sterilization and drug procedures in his office," the complaint read. "He advised, 'They take care of that. I don't.'"
Harrington allegedly re-used needles, contaminating drugs with potentially harmful bacteria and trace amounts of other drugs, according to the complaint. Although patient-specific drug records indicated that they were using morphine in 2012, no morphine had been ordered since 2009.
The instruments for infected patients was given an extra dip in bleach in addition to normal cleaning methods, but they had red-brown rust spots, indicating that they were "porous and cannot be properly sterilized," according to the complaint.
The Tulsa Health Department said Harrington's patients will receive letters by mail notifying them of the risk and steps to obtain free-of-charge testing.
While 7,000 patients may have been exposed, Joseph Perz, an epidemiologist with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said it's "extremely rare" to see dental transmission of HIV and hepatitis B or C. In July 2012, 8,000 Coloradans were notified that their dentist had reused needles, potentially exposing them to the blood-borne viruses. But not a single case was identified, according to the CDC.
Dental transmission is not impossible, however. Perz cited a dental fair three years ago in which hepatitis B was transmitted between patients.
In July 2012, more than 1,800 veterans who received dental care at a St. Louis VA Medical Center were warned that improper cleaning of dental tools may have exposed them to HIV and hepatitis.
The Tulsa Health Department has set up a hotline at (918) 595-4500 for people with questions.

Shooting down incoming missiles is notoriously difficult, despite rosy claims of success. But the potential for it both soothes populations and riles governments. Here's an update.
Q: HOW EFFECTIVE ARE TODAY'S ANTIMISSILE SYSTEMS?
The famous "Scud busters" of the first 1991 Gulf War were American-made Patriot missiles deployed to Israel. While their success rate at the time was claimed to be 96 percent (later revised to 60 percent), Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Arens said later that their impact was "minuscule and, in fact, meaningless." Evidently, the inflated claims were propaganda. The aging Russian-made missiles launched by Iraq's Saddam Hussein had their own problems: They tended to disintegrate in flight.
RECOMMENDED: Do you know anything about Russia? A quiz.
An Israeli-developed antimissile system called Iron Dome reportedly had more success against short-range missiles fired into Israel by Gaza militants in November last year. Israeli government figures put its success rate at 84 percent, but independent video analysis said it was closer to 40 percent, and other estimates put it much lower.
Q: WHY IS THE US CANCELING ITS EUROPEAN MISSILE 'SHIELD' AND SETTING ONE UP ON ITS WEST COAST?
US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel recently announced the cancellation of an antimissile deployment in Europe. Experts point to two reasons: money and North Korea. Mr. Hagel also said the United States would put 14 interceptors in Alaska by 2017, to counter a rising threat from North Korea's aggressive nuclear-weapons and missile program. North Korea has been testing longer-range missiles and recently completed a second successful test of an atomic bomb in February. (Scientists say Pyongyang's ability to miniaturize a nuclear weapon and put one in a missile is years away.)
Hagel's announcement about the missiles in Europe, while greeted with official nonchalance by Russia, could still warm up US-Russian ties. Russia has long objected to the prospect of missiles in Europe, saying they could target the intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) that are the bulk of Russia's strategic nuclear deterrent. Russia's concern had led it to repeatedly threaten to leave the START nuclear-arms reduction talks.
Q: HOW MIGHT THE UNILATERAL STAND-DOWN PLAY IN THE US AND RUSSIA?
Conservative critics of the Obama administration may smell a rat. To them it may look like the fulfillment of President Obama's promise to then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, overheard by an open mike at a South Korean security conference a year ago. Mr. Obama told Mr. Medvedev that he would be able to show the Russians "more flexibility" on missile defense after he was reelected in November.
And Russian conservatives are suspicious, too. The shifting of a few missiles does not change what they perceive as a US plan for unchallenged military superiority. Missiles in Alaska, they say, could still hit Russian ICBMs.

Reuters ? ? ? 5 hrs.
U.S. consumer spending rose in February and income rebounded, further signs economic activity accelerated in the first quarter, even though part of the increase in consumption reflected higher gasoline prices.
The Commerce Department said on Friday consumer spending increased 0.7 percent last month after an upwardly revised 0.4 percent rise in January. Spending had previously been estimated to have increased 0.2 percent in January.
Economists polled by Reuters had expected spending, which accounts for about 70 percent of U.S. economic activity, to increase 0.6 percent last month.
After adjusting for inflation, spending was up 0.3 percent after advancing by the same margin in January.
While Americans paid 35 cents more for gasoline last month, they also bought long-lasting goods such as automobiles and spent more on services, thanks to a bounce-back in income growth.
Income increased a healthy 1.1 percent after tumbling 3.7 percent in January. A sustained pace of steady job gains is starting to boost wages, which should help to provide some cushion for households from higher taxes and support economic growth.
Personal income in December was sharply higher because of a rush to pay dividends and bonuses before tax hikes took effect this year. That also skewed data for January.
A 2 percent payroll tax cut expired on January 1 and tax rates for wealthy Americans also went up. Data ranging from employment to factory activity has so far shown little sign the tighter fiscal policy has been a major drag on the economy.
First-quarter GDP growth estimates currently range as high as a 3.2 percent annual rate. The economy grew at only a 0.4 percent pace in the fourth quarter.
Last month, the income at the disposal of households after inflation and taxes increased 0.7 percent in February after dropping 4.0 percent in January.
With income growth outpacing spending, the saving rate - the percentage of disposable income households are socking away - rose to 2.6 percent from 2.2 percent in January.

If the one thing you wanted from your Nexus 4 was LTE (we mean proper support), then still no joy. That said, some recent modifications suggest that LG and Google are still working to improve it in other -- albeit utilitarian -- ways. Spotted by German site MobiFlip, was the addition of a small protuberance at the base of the rear, and a difference in the aperture of the camera hole. It's suggested that the former might exist to help project sound from the rear speakers while the phone rests on a table, or to prevent that smooth, glass back from scratches. The camera tweak, however seems less clear, and possibly less functional in its existence. So, if you have one of the newer designs, let us know when and where you got it. If you don't, then just think of yours as a limited edition.

NEW YORK (AP) ? Barbara Walters plans to retire next year, ending a television career that began more than a half century ago and made her a trailblazer in news and daytime TV.
Someone who works closely with Walters said the plan is for her to retire in May 2014 after a series of special programs saluting her career. The person was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Thursday.
Walters, 83, was hospitalized earlier this year after falling and cutting her head while leaving a party in Washington and remained out of work after developing the chickenpox. Largely retired from ABC News already, her main work is at "The View," the daytime hit she created in 1997.
Her television career began in 1961 when she was hired as a writer for the "Today" show. She graduated quickly to on-air work and became the show's co-host before leaving in 1976 to become co-anchor of ABC's evening news with Harry Reasoner ? the first woman in such a role for a television network.
The pairing ended quickly and Walters settled into a role as ABC News' cajoler-in-chief, competing ferociously to land newsmaking interviews with heads of state and stars of the day. She regularly did interview specials, including an annual show with the most fascinating people of the year, and was co-host of "20/20" for two decades, much of the time with Hugh Downs.
She described "The View" as the "dessert" of her career, a regular gathering of women chatting about the hot topics of the day and interviewing visiting presidents and actors eager to reach a daytime audience. Walters appeared semi-regularly as one of the hosts.
"The View" faces a transition continuing without Walters and also the last remaining original host, Joy Behar, who recently announced she was stepping down.
Walters underwent heart surgery in 2010, turning the experience into a prime-time special, "A Matter of Life and Death," featuring interviews with fellow heart patients Bill Clinton and David Letterman.
ABC news and entertainment representatives would not comment Thursday and Walters' publicist, Cindi Berger, did not immediately return requests for comment.
It wasn't clear when Walters would announce her plans. Late spring is the time TV networks generally reveal their plans for the upcoming year so advertisers can lock in commercial time.

It seems like there?s a new story every day about some idiot criminal misusing social media in a way that gets them arrested. Recent examples include the guy who posted photos of money and booze, all while ducking out on child support. Or how about the mom who tried to sell her kids for $4,000 on Facebook. Maybe you remember the moron who posted about his hit & run, or the various idiots who have threatened to assassinate the President on Twitter. The list goes on and on.
But it?s not just criminals who can be bozos online. Those on the other side of the law can also find themselves in hot water over social media posts.
That?s why NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly was forced to issue a new, three-page internal order outlining new guidelines for cops and how they behave on the internet. The NY Daily News obtained a copy of the order, which bars police officers from ?disclosing or alluding to their status as member of the department? on the internet.
Another thing that officers are no longer allowed to do: post photos of themselves in uniform, unless it?s a photo of an official event.
Officers in violation of the new rules may be subject to disciplinary actions ? even termination.
According to the Daily News? report, here are some of the recent events that led to the need for such a decree:
Capt. Jeffrey Schiff, commanding officer of the 76th Precinct in Brooklyn, recently left the department vulnerable to litigation by tweeting the names and mug shots of paroled convicts.
Last August, 17 cops were disciplined for posting racist and offensive comments on a Facebook page called ?No More West Indian Day Detail.? About 150 comments were posted ? some calling revelers ?savages? and ?animals.? Investigators found that about 20 of the people who posted matched the names of NYPD officers.
A recent story from Pennsylvania shows just how easy it is to be forced out of the police force due to a social media post. A Confluence police chief was forced to resign after a somewhat racy but ultimately innocuous photo emerged on Facebook. The photo featured the chief posing with a woman who was holding multiple firearms. The woman turned out to be his wife, but the damage was already done.
Everyone, including the police, has to be careful about what they post online. Once it?s public on Facebook or Twitter, it?s virtually impossible to take back.

LONDON (AP) ? Even without modern-day temptations like fast food or cigarettes, people had clogged arteries some 4,000 years ago, according to the biggest-ever hunt for the condition in mummies.
Researchers say that suggests heart disease may be more a natural part of human aging rather than being directly tied to contemporary risk factors like smoking, eating fatty foods and not exercising.
CT scans of 137 mummies showed evidence of atherosclerosis, or hardened arteries, in one third of those examined, including those from ancient people believed to have healthy lifestyles. Atherosclerosis causes heart attacks and strokes. More than half of the mummies were from Egypt while the rest were from Peru, southwest America and the Aleutian islands in Alaska. The mummies were from about 3800 B.C. to 1900 A.D.
"Heart disease has been stalking mankind for over 4,000 years all over the globe," said Dr. Randall Thompson, a cardiologist at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City and the paper's lead author.
The mummies with clogged arteries were older at the time of their death, around 43 versus 32 for those without the condition. In most cases, scientists couldn't say whether the heart disease killed them.
The study results were announced Sunday at a meeting of the American College of Cardiology in San Francisco and simultaneously published online in the journal Lancet.
Thompson said he was surprised to see hardened arteries even in people like the ancient Aleutians who were presumed to have a healthy lifestyle as hunter-gatherers.
"I think it's fair to say people should feel less guilty about getting heart disease in modern times," he said. "We may have oversold the idea that a healthy lifestyle can completely eliminate your risk."
Thompson said there could be unknown factors that contributed to the mummies' narrowed arteries. He said the Ancestral Puebloans who lived in underground caves in modern-day Colorado and Utah, used fire for heat and cooking, producing a lot of smoke.
"They were breathing in a lot of smoke and that could have had the same effect as cigarettes," he said.
Previous studies have found evidence of heart disease in Egyptian mummies, but the Lancet paper is the largest survey so far and the first to include mummies elsewhere in the world.
Dr. Frank Ruehli of the University of Zurich, who runs the Swiss Mummy Project, said it was clear atherosclerosis was notably present in antiquity and agreed there might be a genetic predisposition to the disease.
"Humans seem to have a particular vulnerability (to heart disease) and it will be interesting to see what genes are involved," he said. Ruehli was not connected to the study. "This is a piece in the puzzle that may tell us something important about the evolution of disease."
Other experts warned against reading too much into the mummy data.
Dr. Mike Knapton, associate medical director at the British Heart Foundation, said calcified arteries could also be caused by other ailments including endocrine disorders and that it was impossible to tell from the CT scans if the types of calcium deposits in the mummies were the kind that would have sparked a heart attack or stroke.
"It's a fascinating study but I'm not sure we can say atherosclerosis is an inevitable part of aging," he said, citing the numerous studies that have showed strong links between lifestyle factors and heart disease.
Researcher Thompson advised people to live as healthy a lifestyle as possible, noting that the risk of heart disease could be reduced with good eating habits, not smoking and exercising. "We don't have to end up like the mummies," he said.
